задачи координационной комиссии
Координационная комиссия играет три основные роли, как указано ниже:
) Контроль
• отслеживает ход подготовки Игр;
• рекомендует, проверяет и посредством делегации от Исполкома МОК утверждает уровни обслуживания для клиентов Олимпийского движения; • осуществляет мониторинг заявочных обязательств; • следит за распределением и исполнением ролей и обязанностей различных организаторов.
) Содействие
• предоставляет опыт и знания прошедших Игр;
• взаимодействует с клиентами Олимпийского движения, чтобы обеспечить понимание правил и следование им;
• помогает в разрешении проблем между сторонами (как посредник/арбитр).
) Представительство
• выступает в качестве представителя МОК;
• осуществляет связи с общественностью и играет роль организатора мероприятий для СМИ;
• представляет МОК при взаимодействии с правительством для выявления приоритетов и помощи в разрешении проблем.

coordination commission roles
Coordination Commission has three main roles, as outlined below:
) Supervision
• monitors the progress of the Games organization
• recommends, verifies and by delegation from the IOC EB approves service levels for the Olympic Movement clients
• monitors implementation of bid commitments
• oversees the delineation and fulfillment of the roles and responsibilities of various organizers
) Assistance
• provides experience and expertise from the past Games
• liaises with Olympic Movement clients to ensure they understand and follow regulations
• helps resolve issues between parties (as a facilitator/arbitrator)
) Representation
• acts as the representative of the IOC
• fulfils a public relations and media activities role
• represents the IOC to government to raise priorities and assist in issues resolution.
